Lackland BloomOn June 23, 2016, the U.S. Supreme Court announced two decisions with important implications for Texas – one upholding affirmative-action admissions at the University of Texas and another blocking an Obama administration plan that would allow the undocumented parents of U.S. citizens to avoid deportation.
